Bring In Your Catch
After a successful fishing trip, you may feel that cooking dinner is the last thing you want to do, but you still want to eat your catch while it is fresh.
Chef Jack will be happy to prepare your catch.
If you want your fish prepared whole it should be cleaned accordingly (eviscerated & scaled). Otherwise it should be filleted and de-boned prior to bringing it in – and remember to keep it cold!
Of course, all fish must be of legal size and in season.
